Tourism 4.0 powered by cutting-edge technologies like Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain among others, promises a paradigm shift towards personalized, immersive, and sustainable travel and tourism experiences. However, unlocking the full potential of this revolution requires a collaborative effort from policymakers, technology providers, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) within the tourism sector, and Destination Management Organizations (DMOs).
This questionnaire aims to gather insights from all stakeholders to inform the development of effective policies and support structures that foster a thriving Tourism 4.0 ecosystem within the European Union. (available to fill in until 2nd june).

For a total budget of € 4 000 000 under the Single Market Programme, the purpose of the call is to support EU stakeholders in taking actions to address consumer food waste (both in- and out of-home), including actions such as behavioural change interventions, education and training, the elaboration and implementation of food waste prevention guidelines, food waste monitoring programs, awareness raising campaigns and communication materials, and development of new business models.
